Pest control prices: how the price is set
Why there is no fixed price list
Every property is unique. No two apartments, restaurants or warehouses are the same. A standard home treatment takes between 30 minutes and 2 hours, and larger properties or complex cases take longer.
A "from" price on a website rarely matches the actual job. If the price after the inspection turns out higher than the one advertised, the customer would rightly feel misled. That is why we do not publish starting prices and do not promise a price before we have seen the property.
Over the phone we can only give an indicative price based on your description. An accurate and binding quote requires an on-site inspection.
What determines the price
Type of property
An apartment, a house, a block entrance, a restaurant, a warehouse or a green area each need different preparation, equipment and time. For apartment blocks, the price depends on the number of floors, the size of the common areas and the level of infestation.
Area in square metres
A larger area needs more product and more time, but area does not tell the whole story. An empty 60 sq.m. apartment is treated much faster than an apartment of the same size packed with furniture and belongings that give pests thousands of hiding places.
Type of pest
Cockroaches, bed bugs, rodents, ticks and wasps are treated in different ways. Sometimes a client thinks they have fleas, and the inspection shows bed bugs, which changes the whole strategy.
Level of infestation
A single cockroach spotted in the bathroom needs one approach, and a colony behind the kitchen cabinets and inside the appliances needs a very different one. During the inspection we look for the nests, the migration routes and the reasons the pests appeared.
Number of visits
Bed bugs and cockroaches often need a cycle of 2 or 3 visits to break the breeding cycle. We tell you how many treatments are needed after the inspection, before any work starts.
Treatment method
Gel baits, insecticidal dusts, spraying with residual products, ULV spraying, fumigation or a drone. The method depends on the pest and the property, and it decides the equipment, the products and the working time.
Access and location
A wasp nest on a low branch in the yard is removed quickly. The same nest hidden under the roof needs special ladders, dismantling or pressure injection equipment. Location within the region matters too: clients in the city of Ruse pay no separate transport fee.

How you get an exact price
Free inspection
A specialist comes to the property, identifies the pest and the extent of the infestation, and looks for entry points and hiding places. The inspection is free in the towns and villages we serve.
Written quote before any work
We send you a detailed quote: method, number of treatments, expected result and price. Work starts only after you accept the quote.
You pay the price in the quote
The quote after the inspection is binding. The price in it is the price you pay.

Protocol after the treatment
After each treatment we issue a protocol listing the work done, the products used, the guarantee terms and the safety recommendations. For business premises it matters during inspections by the regulatory authorities.
Action plan
At the inspection we tell you how many treatments are needed, what we will do at each visit and what to expect after the first treatment.
Guarantee
We offer a guarantee for most services. Its duration and terms depend on the pest and the treatment and are stated in the quote. If the pests come back within the guarantee period, we carry out a follow-up inspection and a free re-treatment if needed.
Prevention advice
We point out the holes around pipes, the gaps, the broken screens and the habits that attract pests, and explain how to fix them so the pests do not return.
For businesses
Business subscriptions: priced per site
Restaurants, hotels, shops, warehouses and public buildings work with us on a subscription contract. We set the subscription price for each site separately, after an inspection, because it depends on the type and size of the site, the regulatory requirements it must meet (for example HACCP) and how often we visit.
