Regular Inspections

We conduct periodic inspections for different types of pests, but if there's a change in the population of some, we also conduct unscheduled ones, depending on inspection results. We may adjust the action plan.

Preventive Measures

Hygiene is the best preventive measure against pest proliferation. We monitor the hygienic condition of the sites, provide recommendations for its improvement, and constantly strive to prevent the spread of insects and rodents.

Annual Renewal

The service is bound by a 12-month contract, after which it transitions to a no-fixed-term arrangement. Termination can be initiated after the initial year with 30 days’ advance written notice. Early exits within the first year are subject to a buy-out equivalent to two months’ service.
